Our Story

The East Bay's first Multiple Listing Service (MLS), East Bay Regional Data was founded in 1994 on the values of customer service, competitive fairness, and transparency. A technological pioneer, EBRD led the Bay Area Real Estate scene to the digital age of listing data.

After 25 years of relentless innovation, we continue our outstanding service as bridgeMLS.
We empower our Real Estate Community by providing an ever-growing set of data through data share agreements, introducing the System of Choice, and connecting with participants and subscribers through today's virtual means.

You can interact with the people of bridgeMLS though MLS News, personalized training courses, and customer care that goes the extra mile.
