N.A.R.: MLS Clear Cooperation Policy
Local MLS’s will have adopted the MLS Clear Cooperation policy on May 1st 2020. BridgeMLS, Contra Costa and Bay East are working together to enforce and implement this Rule at the same time.
This rule is by the National Association of Realtors and have been made mandatory.
The rule: Within one (1) business day of marketing a property to the public, the listing broker must submit the listing to the MLS for cooperation with other MLS participants.
Public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers, yard signs, digital marketing, brokerage websites, email blasts, social networks, etc.
