bridgeMLS signed an agreement to syndicate your lease rental listings to Apartments.com.

What does that mean?

bridgeMLS lease rental properties will NOW be displayed on apartments.com

If you DO NOT wish to have your lease rental listings on Apartment.com or other internet sites then at time of entry select "No" under field name "ZZ-INTERNET SITES" within the Paragon system. You can find this field name under the "Features" section.

This is great news for those whom double enter their listings on both sites. bridgeMLS participants will no longer have a purpose to double enter their lease rentals on apartments.com.
