New MLS Option for live streaming Open Houses
•New enhancements give bridgeMLS users options to practice social distancing
•Configuration allows users to enter a live stream event URL into the Open House management module
•Same input layout as before but with one extra field for the Livestream link
•A new field allows searching for live stream open houses have been added in the Open House search criteria
•The New Live stream URL will be available in the spreadsheet result and Open House reports
•Live Stream Open House information will be available in Collaboration Center for Public access
•All Live Stream Open house data will be syndicated to all 3rd party sites and applications

Only URLs that support live video will be permitted in the LiveStream URL field in Add Open House

The Tour/Open House Spreadsheet will be modified to include the Event Type and Live Stream URL by default
The new attributes will be available for Tour and Open House custom reports
Consumer Facing on Collaboration Center
The Open House Information section in Collaboration Center and CollabLink will dynamically change to Live Stream Open House Information based on type
Live Stream Open House is available on ConnectMLS! Along with having access to the most listing data available.
Search for Live Stream Open house under “Tour/Open House” Search.
Live Stream URL are available on the Tour/Open House Table
Live Stream URL are available on the Full Details Agent Report
Live Stream URL are available on the Client Portal
Live Stream Open House is available on Homesnap!
If an open house will be in person the property banners will say "Open w/ Day/time"
If an open house will be "virtual" the banner will say "Live w/ day/time and live symbol"
If an open house is live/virtual and happening at this moment the banner will say "LIVE NOW w/ the symbol"
