MLS Clear Cooperation Policy Update

N.A.R.: MLS Clear Cooperation Policy

The recently NAR approved Statement 8.0 will NOT be enforced on January 1st 2020. Instead, local MLS’s have to begin implantation by May 1st 2020. BridgeMLS, Contra Costa and Bay East will work together to enforce and implement this Rule at the same time.

Timeline for implementation will be provided in the weeks to come.
