New Special Information Input Value: Below Market Rate(BMR) will be added On June 8th, 2020

On June 8th 2020, the listing input system will complete an enhancement to the field (73)Special Information. This update will allow users to select “Below Market Rate(BMR)” as an input value.

This value will also be enabled as a search-criteria under the field of the same name “Special Information”.

The Agent Report(New) will also have “Special Information” value displayed under the “Showing & Listing Information” section.
