The issue periodically affecting delivery to email addresses has been resolved. The Paragon Team made several changes to their email servers to account for any delivery issues and have been monitoring the status for several days with very positive results. Throughout this entire event the calculated "email reputation" score for Paragon, that many email providers use, remained extremely positive.

The message previously posted to the login pages and in the messages section within Paragon have been removed.


Paragon MLS System:

Recently there have been few reports of delivery issues with some emails and texts that originate from within the Paragon MLS System. These reported issues are not related to the 5.77 release but are likely due to actions or by issues with the providers as detailed below.

Delayed Delivery to Addresses

Emails that are being sent to email addresses are being queued up by Gmail and not delivered in a timely manner.

These delays can be as short as a few minutes or extend for several hours but Paragon analysis shows that all queued emails are in fact completing delivery, even if they are delayed at times.

The Paragon team have reached out to Gmail/Google to attempt to resolve this intermittent issue.

Intermittent Non-Delivery of Texts to AT&T Customers

AT&T is blocking approximately 25% of texts sent from Paragon in some areas.

Texts from Paragon sent to other service providers are completing delivery without issue and no changes have been made to our existing functionality to cause this sudden change. The Paragon team are exploring options to resolve this issue however at this time it is recommended users who do not receive the texts attempt to send them again and if the issue persists they can use collablink via email or attempt delivery by another provider.
