It has brought to our attention that a scam have been going around the area where the scammer impersonates utility or service company to request payment in bitcoins or gift cards from the seller and the realtor of active listings. Please keep in mind that a legitimate utility company will not ask for payment in forms of digital currency like bitcoins, steam cards or gift cards.
