Here are the top 5 MLS Questions for the month of July:

Area relational value error. If you are seeing this error when saving listings, simply remove all values in the district neighborhood field, Complex name, and HOA name. Enter the correct area value and that will enable all the valid neighborhood, complex, and HOA values to be selected.

Issues locating buyer agents. If the buyer agent profile is not a selectable option in the input system, you can add the profile “Out of Area non member”. Then add the actual agent’s DRE number in the buyer agent DRE field. This will allow you to save the listing.

Editing closed listings. If you need to make changes to a closed listing, simply email us at support@bridgeMLS.com with your request and we can update the closed listing for you. Please note that certain conditions require additional documents and some restrictions may apply.

Collaboration Center and Auto email notification - These options are available in paragon for users to conduct drip campaigns. Instructions and videos on how to set up a client to receive email notifications or collab center notifications are available on Paragon in the Help button located in the top right hand corner of the system. Instructions for all other Paragon features are readily available there as well.

Add/Edit Open house & Tour – The Add Edit Open House or Brokers tour option is located in the listing input module.

To identify your listing's brokers tour group, you can view the Tour Group by Area Code document located on the home page of Paragon.
