Upcoming System Change on January 30th, 2023

On January 30th, the following fields will become required when marking a listing sold:

• Number of Offers

• Concessions

• Sale Co-Op

Additionally, the follow values in the Sale Co-Op field will be updated:

• S.A. for Selling Agent will be changed to B.A. for Buying Agent

• Co-Op will be changed to LA & BA different company/franchise
